The Counselling Cell provides a platform for students to achieve both their professional and personal goals with greater self-awareness, self-esteem, understanding, and focus. The Counselling Cell of Panchayat College, Bargarh, functions under the guidance of the Head of the Department of Psychology as the Coordinator. At the beginning of every academic year, the Cell issues a notice informing students about its activities and encourages them to visit for personal or educational concerns. With the noble intent of addressing students’ issues and enhancing their academic performance, the College actively runs its Counselling Cell. In Addition to this the college has also Career Counselling Cell.
