Library
The Library of Panchayat College, Bargarh is one of the oldest and most resourceful libraries in the region. It houses a large collection of textbooks, reference books, journals, and other academic materials across various disciplines. The library caters to the academic and informational needs of students, faculty, and staff by providing reading, lending, reference, information, and documentation facilities.
The library comprises three key components — Library, Lending Section, and Reading Room Facility. In addition, each department maintains its own Seminar Library to support subject-specific learning and research.
The college has also adopted the ONOS (One Nation One Subscription) scheme, which provides access to a wide range of national and international academic journals in digital format.
